Damaged Goods
Oh no! If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll gladly replace the item with one of equal value or offer a refund. At Salt Hive, we work with trusted partners to ensure every item is free of production flaws, printing mistakes, or shipping damage — but if something slips through, we’ll make it right.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Each Salt Hive piece is handmade in small, limited runs using premium materials. Because of this, we don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse. We do accept size exchanges within 7 days of delivery if stock is available. Customers are responsible for return shipping; we’ll cover the cost of sending your replacement.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have original tags still attached to qualify for an exchange. If you encounter any issues with the quality of your order, please reach out — we're here to help resolve it.
On-Time Delivery
On each product page, we list details about processing, printing, item creation, and shipping times. Many of our items ship from the U.S. within a few days, though exact timelines are noted on their product pages. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days of purchase, and you’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
