Salt Hive is a family-owned clothing brand producing small, limited-run apparel and accessories. Our products are crafted in limited quantities to ensure quality and sustainability.

2. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.

  • Payment is due at checkout. Orders are not confirmed until payment is processed and you receive an email confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent orders.

3. Product Availability & Accuracy

  • Our products are made in small, limited runs and may sell out quickly.

  • We do our best to accurately describe products and colors, but variations may occur due to screen settings or print processes.

4. Shipping

  • Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 2–7 business days.

  • Most orders ship within 2–3 business days. Tracking will be provided once your order ships.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse.

  • We accept size exchanges within 7 days of delivery if stock is available. Customers are responsible for return shipping; we cover the replacement shipping.

  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, and content on the Salt Hive website are the property of Salt Hive LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use or reproduce them without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salt Hive is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or site. Our liability is limited to the purchase price you paid for the product in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
